The Commercial Real Estate Summit TM  (www.cresummit.org) is an annual event with a vision that has  three primary components: 

  1. Bring the many disciplines in the commercial real estate industry together at one time and in one place for learning (CE), networking, and discussion of the common concerns of the industry.
  2. Provide a venue to Recognize visionaries who have made Pivotal contributions to the real estate industry (Pivot Award™)
  3. Promote the education of the profession - A portion of the proceeds are donated to the UCO Foundation - Real Estate Program account

Pivot Award™

          The Commercial Real Estate Summit's Board of Directors selects commercial real estate industry professionals who have made Pivotal contributions to the real estate industry during the previous year in several categories, including:

  1. Architect
  2. Appraiser
  3. Contractor or Developer 
  4. Financing 
  5. Public Official
  6. Real Estate Brokerage                   
The Commercial Real Estate Summit™ is produced by the Central Oklahoma Commercial Association of Real Estate and the University of Central Oklahoma's Real Estate Program.  A portion of the net surplus for the CRE Summit™ will be donated to the UCO Foundation - Real Estate Academic Program account for scholarships, research, and other expenses.
